What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing tailored 1:1 support that meets the individual needs of pupils.
  • Encouraging pupils to actively take part in lessons and wider school life.
  • Implementing targeted strategies to help pupils make measurable progress.
  • Building strong, positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
  • Working hand-in-hand with class teachers and communicating with parents to celebrate success and track development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN
  • An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Two recent professional references
