Are you a caring and adaptable Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? We are looking for dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in Early Years settings across Penarth, providing vital support for pupils with complex needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with ALN and complex needs
- Assist with communication, social, and emotional development
- Support learning activities under teacher and SENCO guidance
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with ALN/complex needs (Early Years desirable)
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS (Update Service or willing to apply)
