This is a fantastic opportunity for a Youth Mentor to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who may experience social, emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. This Youth Mentor role will involve: Providing consistent 1:1 and small group mentoring support to pupils Building positive, trusting, and supportive relationships with young people Supporting pupils with their emotional wellbeing and social development Helping young people develop confidence, resilience, and self-esteem Supporting pupils to manage emotions and develop positive coping strategies Encouraging positive engagement with education and school life
