Are you a qualified Primary HLTA looking for a new opportunity in Worksop? Academics, an established Education Agency, are recruiting a Primary HLTA to join our supply team, supporting a variety of primary schools across Worksop on a temporary, ongoing basis. As a Primary HLTA, you will have the opportunity to use your experience across different classrooms and year groups, supporting teachers and pupils with learning, interventions and planned classroom activities. This is a flexible opportunity for a Primary HLTA who enjoys variety and would like to work across Worksop schools.
About the Role
The Primary HLTA will provide valuable classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working alongside teachers to help pupils engage with their learning and achieve their potential. A Primary HLTA working in Worksop may be asked to deliver pre-planned lessons, support intervention groups, assist with whole-class activities or provide classroom cover. You could work across a variety of Worksop primary schools, giving you the opportunity to experience different settings and teaching environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Candidate Requirements
- HLTA qualification or strong relevant experience at HLTA level
- Previous experience working in a primary school
- Confidence delivering planned learning and supporting classroom management
- Good understanding of primary education and pupil development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one
