As a KS2 Teacher your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging and high-quality lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles.
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development.
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to support individual needs.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Collaborating with fellow teachers and support staff to share best practice.
• Contributing to curriculum development and the wider life of the school.

• Qualified Teacher Status.
• Recent Key Stage 2 teaching experience.
• The ability to deliver engaging, purposeful and creative lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A sound understanding of the National Curriculum.
• A commitment to raising attainment and supporting every child's progress.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
