The Role
- Provide strong and inspirational leadership across the Prep School, working closely with staff, pupils, parents and the wider school leadership team.
- Be responsible for maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, supporting staff development and ensuring pupils receive a broad, engaging and high-quality education.
- Be a visible and approachable leader who can build strong relationships across the school community while also driving forward the school's vision and continued development.
