We're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- ECTs ready to begin their induction.
- Good curriculum knowledge and lesson delivery.
- Confidence building relationships with pupils.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability and a willingness to develop.
