About the role
At Term Time Teachers, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Mathematics Teacher as part of our growing agency team to teach within a high-performing Mathematics Department in Tonbridge and Malling. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to children's success within their mathematical development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and assess work efficiently, providing children feedback to support their academic progress.
- Deliver mathematics curriculum to secondary school pupils.
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking and problem solving in mathematical activities.
- Monitor children's development and assess their progress.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Mathematics in UK secondary schools.
- Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
