Classroom Cover Supervisor - Role Information
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Keep students engaged and focused throughout the lesson.
- Provide a brief handover to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.
Classroom Cover Supervisor - Applicant Requirements
- A confident and professional classroom presence.
- The ability to manage behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students.
- A minimum of two months' UK-based experience working with young people (e. g. in schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring or similar settings).
- A reliable, adaptable and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
