Role Details
- Start Date: October 2026
- Location: Fulham, London
- Position: Room Leader
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday with varied shift patterns
- Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and xgikmsk manage a nursery room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education
- Support, motivate, and mentor Early Years Practitioners within the room
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Monitor children's learning and development, ensuring accurate observations and assessments
