Location: Waltham Forest, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30am-1:30pm
Contract: Term time only Pay: £13-£16 per hour

A Primary School in Waltham Forest, London are looking for a friendly, caring and reliable Midday Assistant to join them as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting pupils during lunchtime, helping to ensure that children are safe, happy and well cared for throughout the midday period.
The Role
As a Midday Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Supervising children during lunchtime and outdoor play
Ensuring pupils are safe and following school rules
Supporting children with their lunchtime routines
Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
Helping to create a happy, safe and inclusive environment
Dealing calmly and appropriately with minor incidents
Working as part of the wider school team
The Ideal Candidate:
Enjoys working with children and has a caring, approachable nature
Is reliable, punctual and responsible
Has good communication skills
Can remain calm and confident when managing children's behaviour
Works well as part of a team
Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Previous experience working with children is desirable, but not essential
This School offers:
£13-£16 per hour , depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 11:30am-1:30pm
Term-time only working
