Academics are currently recruiting for an experienced ALN Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming Primary School in Taffs Well. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs and is looking for a role, Monday to Friday.

As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs, helping them to engage with their learning, develop their confidence and make progress within the classroom.
The Role:

Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Supporting pupils with a range of ALN

Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required

Helping pupils access the curriculum and participate in school life

Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team

Supporting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and development

Pay from Β£94 per day, with potential increases depending on the client rate, experience and qualifications
About You:
The school is looking for an ALN Teaching Assistant who has previous experience supporting children with additional learning needs and can build positive relationships with pupils.

To work as an ALN Teaching Assistant through Academics, you must have an Enhanced DBS and be registered with the EWC.
Academics works closely with schools across Cardiff and Rhondda Cynon Taff, providing reliable and consistent opportunities for education professionals.
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
