EHCP Assistant - Oxford

A specialist school in Oxford is seeking a dedicated, caring and enthusiastic EHCP Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers.
As an EHCP Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual students' needs and EHCP outcomes.
- Help students develop confidence, independence and active participation in learning.
- Support students with their communication, social skills, emotional regulation and wellbeing.
- Assist students in accessing the curriculum and overcoming barriers to learning.
- Work alongside teachers and other professionals to provide a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
We're looking for an EHCP Assistant who is:
- Compassionate, patient and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
- A confident communicator with a genuine passion for working within special educational needs.
- Interested in gaining practical experience before pursuing a career in psychology, education or therapy.
- Able to build strong, positive relationships with both students and colleagues.
