We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Staplehurst/Marden area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, or someone with a strong passion for supporting children and helping them reach their full potential. A full-time commitment is ideally what we're looking for, with the potential for a long-term placement for the right candidate.
The Role
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development - This may be 1:1 with a student or full class support
- Working closely with teachers and school staff
- Providing encouragement and positive support within the classroom
- Helping create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Supporting individual pupils where required
We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
- A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to supporting pupils
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but not always essential
