The Role
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs
- Work closely with KS2 colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
- Strong classroom management and organisation skills
- High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement
