A supportive and inclusive school in Westminster is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who may experience behavioural, emotional, social, or additional learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural needs
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with students
  • Support pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs
  • Help implement individual behaviour and learning strategies
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress
  • Help create a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment

The school is seeking a Teaching Assistant who can remain calm under pressure and respond consistently to challenging situations.
