Academics is delighted to be working alongside a well-established private nursery in Hammersmith & Fulham to appoint an outstanding Nursery Manager to join their team from September 2026. This is more than simply managing the day-to-day running of a nursery. You will have the opportunity to shape the setting, develop your team and influence the experiences children receive every day.
As Nursery Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the effective leadership and operation of the setting. You will:
- Provide confident and inspirational leadership to the nursery team
- Ensure children receive consistently high-quality care, learning and development opportunities
- Lead the implementation of the EYFS and maintain excellent educational standards
- Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, compliance and nursery procedures
- Coach, support and develop practitioners, creating a positive and motivating environment
