Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting children with ASD and ADHD and helping them get the most from their school day? Academics are currently recruiting for two ASD/ADHD Teaching Assistants in Havering to join a welcoming primary school on a long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their experience supporting pupils with additional needs, while also having the chance to take on extra responsibilities within the school.

- Pay: Β£95-Β£120 per day

Your Responsibilities
As an ASD/ADHD Teaching Assistant in Havering, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ASD and ADHD
- Help pupils remain engaged, focused and confident in the classroom
- Support learning through tailored activities and differentiated work
- Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop independence
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
- Work closely with the class teacher and wider support team
- Adapt your approach to meet individual needs
