The Role:

  • Support teaching and learning across a range of primary school settings
  • Deliver engaging activities and interventions to support pupil progress
  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
  • Cover classes and provide PPA cover when required
  • Work alongside class teachers and school staff to ensure continuity of learning
  • Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment
  • Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom environments
