Academics are working with a welcoming and supportive school in Hoddesdon who are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's development and creating a safe, engaging and enjoyable learning environment.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing excellent care, support and supervision to children
- Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities
- Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment
- Following safeguarding, Health & Safety and school policies
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Keeping accurate records of children's development
- Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
- Supporting the welfare and wellbeing of every child
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable, but not essential.
