Requirements for the role - Higher Level Teaching Assistant Rotherham HLTA
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (not essential but can be helpful
- Degree educated or Level 4 HLTA or equivalent qulification
- Previous experience in school setting desirable- but we are open to Graduates seeking a career in teaching
- Strong knowledge of how schools work
- Confident behaviour management skills
