About the Role
Academics are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Health and Social Care Teachers to work on a full-time or part-time supply basis across secondary schools and colleges in Bradford and Calderdale. This role involves delivering engaging lessons in Health and Social Care through long-term placements, supporting students to achieve their academic and vocational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Health and Social Care lessons
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

- Maintain high standards of classroom management
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care (BTEC, OCR, or similar)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
