We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work at a specialist school. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various therapy teams including Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, if this is a career path you are interested in exploring. This school has their own Therapy Department on site, staffed by qualified therapists and therapy assistants. This is an exciting chance to expand your knowledge, skillset, and gain relevant practical experience.
Entry requirements for a Learning Support Assistant:
- Undergraduate Degree or experience working with children or young people
- Knowledge, keen interest or understanding of the range of different types of learning difficulties, disabilities and behaviours
