We are currently working with a welcoming Primary school who are looking for a dedicated and compassionate KS1 Complex Needs LSA to join their team ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position, with the role expected to continue until at least July 2027. The successful candidate will work closely with a child in KS1 who requires consistent, nurturing and specialist support throughout the school day. You will play an important role in helping them access learning, develop their communication and independence, and feel safe and confident within the classroom environment. The role As a Complex Needs LSA, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support within a KS1 classroom. Support a child with complex additional needs and help them access the curriculum. Build a trusting and positive relationship with the pupil. Support communication, social interaction and emotional regulation. Encourage independence and develop the pupil's confidence. Support with personal care where required.
