A welcoming and established nursery in Didcot is looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who enjoys creating engaging experiences and supporting children through the important early years of their development.

The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative activities linked to the EYFS.
  • Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Observe and monitor individual progress.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.

About You

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
