SEN 1-1 Support Worker and Mentor

Role Details:
- Location - Cheltenham
- Salary: Β£90 - Β£105 per day (DOE)
- Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
- Start: ASAP
- Contract: Term Time only

Key Responsibilities of a SEN 1-1 Support worker and Mentor:
- Supporting learners on a 1-1 basis with their learning and personal development needs.
- Help with creating a safe and encouraging environment to help the learners you are supporting thrive.
- Assisting with learning and specific interventions to support progress.
- Monitoring achievements and helping students reach their full potential.
- Ensuring safeguarding policies are followed at all times.
- Mentor learners so that they are able to express themselves in a safe and controlled way.
Key Qualities Academics Ltd is seeking:

- A genuine passion for helping children with SEN succeed.
- Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and take on training opportunities.
- An enhanced DBS check (Or willingness to apply for one).
