Recruitment Consultant , you will play a key role in connecting talented teachers and education professionals with schools across Essex.
You will build relationships with candidates and schools, understand their requirements and provide a high-quality recruitment service from initial contact through to placement.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals.
- Sourcing, interviewing and registering high-quality candidates.
