We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Secondary Science teachers to work in Schools across Cannock on a 1 term contract to start after New Year with the potential to be extended.
We are interested in teachers with specialist subject knowledge across Biology, Physics and Chemistry up to KS5
Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in well established secondary school in Cannock
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and delivering engaging, practical Science lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5
- Supporting students of all abilities to develop scientific knowledge, investigative skills, and critical thinking
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom/laboratory environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning
- Collaborating with colleagues within the Science department and across the school to support cross-curricular learning and enrichment opportunities
Must have:
- QTS / PGCE / Newly qualified teachers
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students
- Must have an up to date enhances DBS
- Experience working in UK secondary schools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Classroom management skills
