Position: Behaviour Mentor Location: Redbridge, East London Contract: Full-time, long-term contract until July 2027 Start Date: September 2026 Day Rate: Β£92 - Β£120 a day About the Role The Behaviour Mentor will play an important role in helping pupils feel settled, understood and ready to learn. You will work with children who may experience difficulties with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence or engagement. Building trust will be at the heart of the role, giving pupils someone they can rely on while helping them develop strategies to manage challenges more positively. The successful Behaviour Mentor will be someone who can remain calm and consistent, while also understanding that every child has different needs and triggers.
