We are seeking a dynamic and experienced British Sign Language Tutor to join our dedicated team in North London. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to a thriving, innovative, and inclusive learning environment that celebrates bilingualism and empowers students to achieve their full potential.
About Us
We are a highly regarded provision for Deaf children aged 3-16, offering a unique blend of specialist teaching and inclusive education. Our secondary school is co-located with a mainstream school, while our primary school operates in partnership with another local school, providing students with "The Best of Both Worlds": expert BSL instruction and high-quality inclusion opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a qualification to teach Signature Level 1 to 4 (or higher).
- Has experience in planning, delivering, and formally assessing BSL.
- Is familiar with DCAL assessments and formal BSL evaluation methods.
- Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit to the team.
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and differentiation skills.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a supportive, skilled, and passionate team.
- Work in a vibrant, bilingual environment where BSL is celebrated and valued.
- Contribute to a school that is on a clear path to 'Outstanding'.
- Enjoy the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours.
- Make a lasting impact on the lives of Deaf children and their families.
