Academic Plus is a fast-growing A-Level Business tutoring company, and we are looking for a Sales Call Setter to support our growth and help more students get the academic support they need. We work closely with students and parents across the UK, delivering high-quality tutoring programmes that genuinely make a difference. Due to increasing demand, we are now expanding our team.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

  • Is confident and enthusiastic speaking on the phone
  • Has experience in sales, customer service, or education (education is a strong bonus)
  • Is a strong communicator with empathy and professionalism
  • Enjoys helping students and parents make the right decision
  • Is coachable, organised, and happy working towards clear KPIs
  • Is looking for flexible, part-time evening and weekend work

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Calling new and existing leads (warm and cold)
  • Following up with parents and students via phone and social media DMs
  • Handling basic objections with care and confidence
  • Qualifying leads and booking tutoring consultation calls
  • Supporting inbound enquiries from Instagram and Facebook
  • Representing Academic Plus professionally and building trust

Calls are short and focused, typically 5–10 minutes.

WORKING HOURS

  • Part-time role
  • Around 1–2 hours per day
  • Evenings and weekends required
  • Fully remote, work from home
  • UK-based applicants only.
