Omnea is scaling fast after our Series B, and we’re seeking a Head of GTM Recruitment to own how we hire across Sales. You'll lead a team of recruiters across the UK and US, while still running your own searches. Your focus starts in the UK and EMEA, and grows with global roles opening up.
This is a 50/50 player-coach role. You'll build the hiring engine, own the plan with Sales, map and screen top candidates, and craft outreach like a great salesperson to close senior hires.
