Teaching Assistant
Academic Choice is currently recruiting caring, patient and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary and secondary schools across the West Midlands.
This rewarding role involves providing one-to-one and full class support, helping pupils to access learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential within a supportive school environment.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will
?Provide dedicated support for pupils within the class.
?Support pupils both in, and on occasions, outside the classroom.
?Work closely with the teacher to implement support across the class
?Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
?Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils thrive both academically and emotionally.
What Were Looking For
?Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
?A calm, patient and compassionate approach.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?A genuine passion for supporting children.
?An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
?The right to work in the UK.
