What We're Looking For
- A recognised qualification that enables you to work as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
- Recent experience supporting teaching and learning within UK primary schools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A nurturing, child-centred approach and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider school community.
- A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
- Two professional references, including your most recent employer.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
