The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Nursery Teacher to lead learning within our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The ideal candidate will bring passion, energy, and a deep understanding of early childhood development to inspire our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, child-centred learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
- Create a stimulating environment that supports exploration, independence, and early learning
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
- Lead and work closely with Early Years practitioners and support staff
- Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and physical development
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety practices are consistently upheld
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience working in EYFS, ideally within a nursery or foundation stage setting
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early child development
- Be nurturing, patient, and passionate about early years education
- Bring creativity, playfulness, and high expectations to their practice
- Be a positive team player with excellent communication skills
- Be committed to inclusive learning and supporting all children to achieve
