Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to Academia One\’s HR processes.

  • Provide administrative support to the human resource management systems of the organization.
  • Organize the personnel recruitment process and seek suitable personnel for the company through various channels.
  • Organize the development of the company\’s training plan, coordinate personnel attendance at training, and assess the effectiveness of training.
  • Organize and formulate strategic human resources planning according to the company\’s development strategy.
  • Participate in major personnel decisions of the company.
  • Regularly organize the collection of staff ideas and suggestions.
  • Regularly collect information on personnel, recruitment, and training.
  • Organize the development of the company\’s recruitment system, training system, salary assessment system, personnel file management system, staff handbook, and other regulations, and oversee their implementation.
  • Responsible for job analysis, job descriptions, job fixing, proposing the design of organization settings and job duties, and suggesting improvements to the company\’s organizational structure design.
