Academia is seeking a new team member to support the growth of the Technical Services division.
As part of the Apple Helpdesk Team, you will deliver high quality technical services and support to our Jamf-managed client base.
You will handle Tier 2+ remote desktop support for OSX, i OS and Jamf Pro, resolve issues, automate patch management, and maintain MDM solutions.
You will also document solutions and ISO procedures while explaining technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
