Every student at Minerva is supported by their own dedicated tutor and a bespoke programme of study, ensuring they thrive both academically and personally.
We are now seeking to appoint a Vice Principal to join the Senior Leadership Team at an exciting stage of the school’s growth. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and visionary school leader to shape the future of online education.
The Role
As Vice Principal, you will:
- Play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of the school.
- Support and inspire staff to deliver outstanding online teaching and pastoral care.
- Help shape curriculum innovation and the use of digital learning tools.
- Drive high standards in safeguarding, compliance, and academic outcomes.
