We’re looking for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join our team and manage a caseload of paediatric packages.
About the Role
- Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, their family and the care team.
- Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and other healthcare professionals.
- Effectively communicate with staff on the clinical condition/diagnosis and treatment/discharge plans of clients and ensure accurate records are maintained by staff.
- Identify and manage risks as part of care provision and lead the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.
- Support staff by delivering client-specific clinical training, mentorship and supervision by providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development.
