We’re Hiring! Community Placement Executive Permanent, Full Time Field based - East Midlands Competitive Salary plus mileage allowance. *Must drive and have access to a vehicle*

About the Role

  • Develop and strengthen referral partnerships to support increased access to care for elderly and self funded patients across your assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with care providers including hospitals, GPs & social workers.
  • Maintain accurate records of referral activity and provider engagement.
  • Ensure providers meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Provide market insights to inform decision making and drive regional growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and providers.
