We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive at Acacium Group – Pulse Healthcare. Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid, Mon – Fri Manchester. £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Executive to join our team and support our Marketing Manager with our presence. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of events both in person & digital, email CRM, SEO, analytics, and optimization projects. You will work across all areas of Pulse Healthcare, working with the amazing team to drive candidate attraction & engagement. Collaborating with all our marketing teams across the group, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge strategies that drive growth and deliver measurable success. About the Role:
- Manage the planning and implementation of campaigns across website, email, and SEO channels. PPC, Display and Paid Social may also form part of the role.
- Project manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with effective prioritisation to ensure on-time delivery and maximised resource utilisation.
- Support website performance, tackling the barriers to conversion and working closely with the UX team to improve the customer experience/journey.
- Deliver highly engaging, interactive and conversion focused web platforms/landing pages and make updates when required to reflect service updates including management of our Intranet.
- Work with the internal teams and external customers to support the setup of more streamlined processes and integrated approach to all projects.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1 – 2 years minimum experience in a marketing executive or assistant role.
- Experience working within a digital marketing role collaborating with and influencing stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Experience working across live & digital events, assisting with logistics.
- Some working knowledge/awareness of how to use some of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studios, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, G Suite but especially WordPress.
- Experience of keeping business intranet & blogs, ensuring all information is accessible to all colleagues.
- Knowledge of scoping and building web pages and website journey and experience of managing site content through a CMS (content management system).
- An eye for detail when sense checking and logging data for reporting purposes.
