About the Role
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Source, screen, and interview Doctors looking for permanent positions.
- Provide excellent levels of customer service by appreciating the requirements of the role and ensuring this is suitably matched to the candidate.
- Account manage clients to build strong relationships to generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities.
- Ensure that commercial risk is mitigated through effective interaction with managed/neutral vendors.
