We’re looking for a Senior Private Nurse to lead and manage a specialist nursing team supporting an elderly gentleman within his own home in Kensington. The client has a complex cardiac, gastrointestinal, and respiratory history, requiring a well-coordinated, highly reliable nursing service. Care is delivered within a private residence, supported by a small, established nursing team. The household also includes a small, friendly dog, and applicants should be comfortable working in a home environment.
About the Role
- Provide clinical leadership and professional oversight of the private nursing team, managing the rota to ensure we have the correct mixture of clinical skills.
- Take full responsibility for stock, consumables, equipment, and medication logistics.
- Ensure policies, care plans and risk assessments are implemented consistently.
- Liaise discreetly with family members, clinicians, and suppliers as required.

Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For
