We’re Hiring! Resourcing and Booking Co-ordinator Permanent, Full Time Hybrid working style from 9 Appold St, London EC2A 2AP £27,000-£30,000 (Depending on experience)
Are you organised, detail-focused, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Resource and Bookings Coordinator to join our team and make a real impact in delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with our Resourcing and Booking Manager and Service Delivery Managers to make sure every service is supported by skilled, competent staff who are fully inducted and ready to go.

About the Role
- Managing the efficient deployment of our clinical workforce into Xyla services and acting as a point of contact for all resourcing, travel and timesheet / payroll issues.
- Ensuring that the staff allocations are appropriate in skill mix for each team.
- Playing an active part in continually improving the booking processes of clinical and support teams by raising issues and ideas to directly input into future system developments.
- Approving timesheets and ensuring accurate records.
