Are you a strategic and proactive individual? We’re looking for a Mobilisation & Service Development Lead to join our team and drive the growth and operational success of our neurodevelopmental service. Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Mobilisation & Service Development Lead. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provide a wide range of mental health and neurodevelopmental services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily.

About the Role

  • Manage the mobilisation of contracts for our ADHD and Autism assessment and treatment services, ensuring the contractual commitments are fully staffed with appropriately skilled and experienced staff.
  • Ensure the correct processes and procedures are adhered to, ensure a robust operational framework is in place for each contract and that all project documentation is completed to the required standards.
  • Work collaboratively with our Bid, Business Development, Workforce Management and Operational teams to ensure new services are launched efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Liaise with NHS clients and actively promote the capabilities of Xyla to deliver services across all specialties, commercially expanding our footprint within an organisation.
