We are seeking a manager with patient facing experience within a psychological wellbeing background to lead our Low Intensity team within the digital therapies team in Xyla. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of Xyla, part of Acacium Group, a healthcare business partner that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help patients access therapies digitally and offer guided self-help, access to therapeutic support & assessments for the betterment of their mental health.
About the Role
- Lead a team of 6 permanent staff, as well as over 100 agency staff.
- Manage a small case load personally to remain in touch with the root of the role.
- End to end management of the team – performance, supervision, capacity & demand modelling, growth areas, service development & various projects.
- Act as a point of escalation & problem solve for the team around you.
- Be able to make decisions and act autonomously for the betterment of the team.
What You’ll Bring
- Registration with BPS, BABCP, a Supervision certificate, a Low Intensity certificate.
- 1 – 2 years minimum experience in a patient facing, clinical role as a practitioner.
- Experience of line management & capacity demand, performance management.
- Be able to lead autonomously – decision making about direction and team priorities.
- Be leading from the front culturally, and bring the team with you.
