We are hiring a Clinical Psychologist to join Xyla's mental health support team who provide a range of digital mental health and neurodevelopmental services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. In this role you will oversee the neurodevelopmental assessment process for young people and adults, whilst upholding clinical excellence and driving service innovation within our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide clinical oversight and review of neurodevelopmental assessments, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency and clinical decision-making.
  • Support assessors through clinical supervision, case consultation and MDT discussions, offering expert guidance and second opinions where required.
  • Lead CPD and training initiatives, sharing specialist psychological knowledge and promoting best practice across the wider clinical team.
  • Maintain clinical standards through quality assurance, report reviews, governance activities and continuous service improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and current HCPC registration
  • Experience working as a qualified Clinical Psychologist in a neurodevelopmental or mental health service
  • Experience delivering neurodevelopmental assessments
