We are hiring a Clinical Auditor. This is a home-based position with occasional office visits, available on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis, with a salary of £50,000-£55,000 per annum.
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional neurodiversity services? We are looking for a Clinical Auditor to join our team and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compliant neurodevelopmental services by conducting clinical audits and supporting clinical supervision.
About the Role:
- Perform regular audits of Autism and ADHD assessment reports to ensure compliance with NICE guidelines, Xyla SOPs, and contractual requirements.
- Assist Clinical Leads and Supervisors in delivering structured clinical supervision, providing feedback to clinicians based on audit findings to improve quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Governance Team to embed best practice and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support incident reviews and lessons learned processes in line with Xyla's governance framework.

Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- ADIR, ADOS and Diva 5 trained with a minimum of 1 year experience in conducting ADHD and Autism assessments.
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent).
- Experience auditing ADHD and Autism assessments.
