We are looking for an Equipment Coordinator to join our team, where you will play a vital role in our company\’s success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of equipment and resources essential for diabetes and lifestyle services.
This position offers a unique opportunity to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Every day you will…
- Manage the logistics of equipment delivery to ensure timely and accurate distribution to service locations
- Oversee stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure adequate supply levels
- Identify equipment needs and place orders for new equipment and supplies as required
- Prepare and organize resources needed for diabetes and lifestyle services, ensuring they are ready for use
- Ensure all equipment and resources meet quality standards and are in good working condition
- Work closely with delivery team leaders and training teams to understand equipment needs and support service delivery

To thrive in this role, you should ideally have…
- Previous experience in equipment coordination, inventory management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
