As a Contract Support Partner, you will play a crucial role in performing tasks supporting the contract support function and the wider Strategic Workforce division. Every day you will:
- Assist suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders with agency invoice queries and facilitate resolution
- Control and maintain agency invoice self-bill platform
- Produce weekly accurate billing files to clients
- Administer and configure Agency and Bank Rates on IQX and Bank Staff Systems within appropriate governance and sign off
- Various ad-hoc duties which may arise
